Simply take your bike in for servicing, even if it has the smallest defect. Thanks to the ZEG Plus warranty, you don't pay a cent for any work to repair damage or wear. This means you always have a bike that is optimally maintained and roadworthy, and is also fully insured against theft at all times.

Assona / ZEG-Plus Warranty Deepening
Theft
- The bicycle must always be locked to a fixed object.
- The lock must have a value of at least 50 euros (manufacturer's RRP).
- There must be a purchase receipt/certificate for the lock.
- In the event of theft, a report must be filed immediately upon becoming aware of the theft. The damage must then be reported to the dealer within 14 days.
- The customer always receives his new bike at the original price. If the customer takes a more expensive bike, he must pay the difference; if it is cheaper, only this amount will be refunded.
- Validity: worldwide 24/7.
Crash, breakdown, wear and tear
- No assumption of costs for cosmetic repairs, cleaning (e.g. sprocket).
- No cost coverage for inspection, inspection, maintenance, adjustment work, software updates - parts must be broken / irreparable.
Mobility service (valid in Europe)
- Customer must be at a location that is stored in the navigation system.
- Customer will be helped in case of breakdown (repair, towing, rental bike, ...).
- Waiting time depending on workload and availability at the location approx. 60 - 90 min.
Other
- The insurance is valid with electronic conclusion / right of withdrawal 30 days.
- Collection of the premium 5 - 11 days after conclusion.
- The customer receives all documents via the dealer / send to Assona signed policy + invoice bike incl. lock.
- The insurance cannot be cancelled and paid out when selling the bike, but the customer can resell the insurance with the bike.
- In terms of warranty, the manufacturer is basically first in the obligation.
- S-pedelecs are not insurable.
- The insurance does not apply to bikes used for commercial and/or official purposes.
- If there are accessories on an invoice that are permanently attached to the bike and are necessary for the operation of the bike, this will be included in the sum insured. Otherwise separate invoice.
