Your tasks:
- sales of bicycles, e-bikes and accessories
- presentation of goods
- telephone advice
- registration and processing of orders

Your tasks:
- service consultant (m/f/d) for the workshop repair acceptance
- customer acceptance and their support
- dialog acceptance and consultation
- coordination of the execution of the repairs and processing of the orders
- appointment arrangement with the workshop management
- preparation of the cost estimates
- first point of contact for the customers
- daily customer contact
- very good technical understanding
- ensuring a professional service experience for our customers

Your tasks include repairing e-bikes and bicycles, finalizing sold e-bikes and bicycles as well as assembling new e-bikes and bicycles.
